Implementation

The Core Direction Platform was pivotal in addressing the objectives and challenges of the Centurion Challenge. Key features and strategies included:

  • Private Centurion Profile: Creation of a private Centurion profile including the Centurion Logo, Banner & all company information.
  • Simple Onboarding: All employees were invited via a unique link or QR code which automatically added them to the Centurion Private Profile.
  • Onboarding Tutorials: Conducted by Corporate Wellness consultants, three onboarding tutorials for different regional teams (US & Canada, Europe & Middle East, Asia Pacific). These sessions provided a live run-through of the entire platform, along with a live Q&A to ensure employees could maximize the platform's use and how to inspire each other during the challenge.
  • Global Accessibility: A robust digital platform that allowed seamless participation from all 33 locations, accommodating different time zones and ensuring 24/7 accessibility.
  • Inclusive Engagement Tools: Features like a virtual leaderboard, community activities, and personalized progress tracking kept employees motivated and connected.
  • Diverse Activity Options: A wide range of activities, from walking and yoga to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and mindfulness sessions, ensuring something for everyone.
  • Real-Time Data and Analytics: Continuous monitoring and feedback displayed on a real-time dashboard to keep management informed on the Centurion Challenge process.

The gamification aspect included a 5-point scoring metric:
  • Manual Activity Log: Employees could add activities manually choosing from 50 different types of fitness consumptions to inspire not only themselves but the community around them, earning 7 points per day.
  • Step Tracking: Steps were tracked through the Core Direction Health Coach App allowing for a user's smartphone or wearable to sync data onto the platform, earning 1 point for every 1,000 steps, up to a maximum of 10 points per day.
  • Active Heart Rate: Employees could connect their wearable devices and earn 1 point for every 3 minutes their heart rate was elevated within the active heart rate zone, up to 10 points per day.
  • Activity Booking: Booking physical activities through the Core Direction marketplace or the Sirocco Private Profile offered inspired users to earn 7 points, with an additional 3 points for checking in at the activity, up to 10 points per day.
  • Wellness Content Consumption: The fully equipped Core Direction On-Demand Video content library gave users access to a wealth of educational & fitness videos to earn up to 3 points per day.
