1. Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the UAE to be eligible for the prize. Employees of the Dubai Health Authority, Core Direction, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes. Participants must register through the official app/platform to be eligible for the challenge.

2. Challenge Duration:

The challenge will start on 9th September 2024 and end on 12th January 2025. Any points earned outside of these dates will not be counted towards the challenge.

3. Participation Rules:

Participants must use the official app to track their steps, heart rate, or other fitness metrics. Core Points must be earned through legitimate physical activity. Any form of data manipulation will lead to disqualification. Core Direction reserves the right to audit participant data to ensure fairness.

4. Prize Draw Rules:

Only participants who score 625 points or more during the challenge will be entered into the prize draw. Leaderboard position does not guarantee a prize; winners will be selected randomly through the prize draw.

5. Prizes:

Cash prizes will be distributed directly by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Core Direction is not responsible for the distribution or delay in prize payments by the DHA. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items or services.

6. Prize Claim Process:

Winners will be required to submit a valid UAE Resident ID to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration.

7. Disqualification and Fraud:

Any participant found to be cheating, using multiple accounts, or otherwise manipulating their Core Points will be disqualified. Core Direction reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Data Privacy:

By participating in the challenge, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal and fitness data as outlined in Core Direction’s Data Privacy Policy. Participant data may be shared with the Dubai Health Authority for the purposes of prize distribution and challenge verification.

9. Liability:

Core Direction and the Dubai Health Authority are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the challenge. Participants should consult their healthcare provider before undertaking any fitness activity, particularly if they have any existing medical conditions.

10. Modifications and Cancellations:

Core Direction reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the challenge will be communicated to participants through the official channels (app, email, or social media).

11. Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from the challenge will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
